Our advisors enjoy a client onboarding process that has been refined over 15+ years. We continue to improve the process and invest in technology, all with you and your client in mind.

  1. Simply provide us with client information (statements, account card, etc.) over a secure portal.
  2. Highland will produce a proposal and prefilled paperwork, including broker dealer paperwork.
  3. You present and sign (paper or DocuSign).
  4. We take it from there. Highland handles account set up, transfers, portfolio implementation, trading, reports, billing, servicing, and more.


Our managed account capabilities provide unique flexibility. You can provide your clients with world-class asset managers, each in their own sleeve. Additionally, our platform can accommodate for reserved cash, non-managed assets, non-model assets, and billing flexibility.


Most turn-key asset management programs (TAMPs) and broker-dealers have a separate technology fee that is either required, even if you don’t need it, or is à la carte. Not Highland! We provide the following technology stack to our advisors at no cost.
