  1. Provide us with client information such as statements, account card, or spreadsheets over a secure portal.
  2. Highland will return to you a proposal and prefilled paperwork, including broker dealer paperwork.
  3. You present and sign to your client, using paper or DocuSign. We handle the rest – account opening, transfers, implementation, reporting, billing, and ongoing service.
